Join us for a trail ride from Spanish Fork Canyon, up to Strawberry Reservoir, and beyond ending at the remnants of the Soldier Summit ghost town and confederate soldier graveyard.

We will be meeting at the chevron gas station near the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon at 9am, and leaving shortly after.  Our trip will take us through some scenic areas around the strawberry reservoir area, and ending at Soldier Summit where those who are interested can check out the confederate soldier cemetery nearby there.  

This trail is mild and doable in any 4x4 vehicle.  I recommend airing down at the chevon, although we will be driving up highway 6 for about 20 minutes so keep that in mind when deciding how low to go.  

Recently many of the trails in this area were broken up and new ones cut in to support the logging operations currently going on.  This makes for some new/interesting scenic views, and the scale of the logging operations is quite impressive to see.

The trail ride comes out near Soldier Summit, where those who need/want to head home can do so while those who are interested can head over to the nearby remnants of the original town and see the confederate soldier graveyard there.
